I've been busy working at a day-care center, and I've been thinking a whole lot about getting my license in babysitting. It seems like a thought for the future, but we'll see. Its only a thought. I haven't even said it too mom. Well may be if the opportunities are open for me in a few months, perhaps pursuing a career in child-care services and one day opening a day-care center, would be an awesome idea. Well at the moment, I can't think too far ahead, got too many things to work on, and so many to focus on, and so much things to look forward too. I haven't even cleaned my room, thats important. lol. Anyways, must prioritize and CLEAN my ACT!
Hmmm....updates...gosh so much has happened since March. In a nut-shell of it all, I can say it all in three words: (1) FUN (2) CHAOTIC (3) ROLLERCOASTER. Yep yep. lol. So, I've got another blogspot, featuring the story I'm writing. "TIME WILL BRING US TOGETHER." That's not the chosen title, I want something more catchy. lol. HAPPY GIRL'S DAY EVERYONE!!!
When in grade school, I remember my teachers telling the boys in our class to help around the classroom while the girls got to relax. We made paper dolls and had sushi and I loved it! Girl's Day too me, is EVERDAY! Enjoy your Girl's Day!

Isn't it funny? Well, I found it to be hilarious. It sort of reminds me of my calling as the YSA President, I ponder a lot, I delegate, and I mumble, but when no one comes through after I've pondered, I mumble, and go straight back to pondering.
So its become a cycle with me. I don't stress over anything because I know there's always another way to going about my duties and responsibilities.

At the European Cafe Activity on Friday night my friend Cindy made a Danish Dessert, so delicious, you MUST TRY IT!!!
DANISH RICE CREAM
Boil 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of rice, 2 TBSP of butter, and 1/4 tsp of salt, just until the water is absorbed. Add 3 cups of milk and simmer for 2 hrs. Take a 1/2 packet of knox gelatin and about 2 tsps of water and mix until it thickens and add to hot rice. Add 2/3 cup of sugar and put in fridge til it sets. Stir in 1 cup of cream whipped and 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract and 1/2 tsp of almond extract.
Serve with Raspberry or Strawberry jam on top, and slivered almonds if like. Its delicious with the almonds, trust me!!!
